All children are members of the School Council and they have class meetings regularly to discuss ideas about how they can improve the school. Each year group has two representatives who are elected by the class to represent them. The representatives have meetings attended by the Headteacher where they voice the opinions of their class. Decisions are made and actions are taken and the representatives feedback the information to their class.

All pupils are encouraged to pass ideas and suggestions to their representatives and to share in the decision making process. The staff believes very strongly that the children should have a voice that their views should influence the development of the school.
